Incorporation of companies

How does it work?

3) Receive an email with the confirmation of your order, the list of required documentation and a form.

4) Respond to the email attaching the requested documentation and the completed form.

5) We will be in constant contact to inform about the progress and the date in which they must go to sign the articles of incorporation

How much do you charge?

Is the payment secure?

Yes. We use two of the best and most secure payment processors to make purchases online. Payment Market and Stripe.

Do you collect or store my card details?

No. We use two of the best and most secure payment processors for online purchases. Mercado Pago and Stripe; so we will never have access to your card information.

How do you treat personal data?

Very carefully. You can consult our privacy notice, but in summary we can tell you the following:

We will not share your personal data with third parties outside the contracted service.

We will not share your data with authorities that are not closely involved with, and in, the company formation process or the protection of your intellectual property rights. 

We will not share your data with authorities, unless we are compelled by a court order.

So, is my personal data safe?

Yes. You can consult our privacy notice for more information. Our business is not to share the personal data of customers who have trusted us,  on the contrary.  

Is the incorporation of companies online?

99% of the process. So that you do not have to carry documents or appear at a government office, we will take care of everything with the documentation you provide us. Fortunately, you will only have to appear before the notary public on the day of your appointment to sign your deed.

Is there confidentiality of my operations?

Completely. We will not share your information or your operations with anyone outside the process of establishing your company. Only we and the notary who will do the deed will have your information.

Even if you want to leave a comment you can do it anonymously, otherwise we will always hide your last name.

How long does it take to set up the company?

Once the documentation and the duly completed form have been received, within a maximum period of 5 days we will notify you of the day on which you must appear before a notary public.

 

Subsequently, a testimony of the deed will be sent to register it in the RPC, this process takes between 1 to 3 months approx, depending on the state. This process depends on the RPC.

** COVID NOTICE ** Due to administrative measures to prevent the spread of COVID, the RPC presents delays and stoppages of activities, so this process can take a long time in May.

What information do I need to set up a company?

Minimum two partners.

What is the minimum capital to set up a company?

In the SA from 1 peso

In the S. de RL from 2 pesos.

Can I have special statutes?

For our packages we use pro-forma statutes with proven and guaranteed formulas. However, if you require special statutes a SAPI write us an email to make a tailored quote

Registration of trademarks and works

Is the processing of trademarks, commercial notices and trade names online?

Yes, it can be completely online, and it is the most recommended.

How long does the trademark process take?

Around 4 to 8 months, depending on whether the authority notifies any trade during the process.

Is the processing of patents, utility models, industrial models and designs online?

Certain procedures can be carried out online, so we ask you to contact our advisors to learn more about your invention.

How long does the patent process take?

It depends on the complexity of the invention, but according to the Federal Law for the Protection of Industrial Property, the authority can no longer take more than 5 years to resolve it, because in its case, there will be compensation for the validity, in favor of the owner. .

Is the work registration process completely online?

99% of the procedure can be followed through electronic means, however, at a certain moment the authority will ask us to go physically to present all the necessary documents.

How does it work?

1) Find the contract format you need in our store.

2) Make the payment online with the method that best suits you (market payment, oxxo, card, etc).

3) In the confirmation notice the download button is enabled. You will also receive an email with the confirmation of your order and the link where you can download them for up to a period of 30 days. We advise saving it to your PC or USB once downloaded.

How many times can I use the downloaded contract?

As many times as you want. The download link will only be available for 30 days, so we advise you to save the file to your computer or USB so you don't lose it.

Who writes them?

We entrust the drafting of the contracts to various specialized lawyers depending on the subject of the contract, so your example is drawn up by a specialized lawyer.

We are always looking for lawyers with proven experience in the matter and graduates from the most prestigious universities in Mexico (UP, ELD, UNAM, ITAM, LA SALLE, IBERO to name a few and without saying them in any order).

Remember that downloading a contract is not considered legal advice.

Is it legal advice?
