What documents do you need to constitute?

PHYSICAL PERSONS ​

For each partner (at least 2) we will require the following information in a legible PDF.

​

  • Valid official identification (INE, Passport or FM3) of each of the partners 

  • curp

  • Proof of address with no more than 3 months old.

​

We will send you a form to fill out to learn more about your company.  

MORAL PEOPLE ​

​

If any of the partners is a legal person, we will require the following information ​

​

  • Valid official identification (INE or Passport) of each of the partners. 

  • CURP.

  • Proof of address with no more than 3 months old.

  • Constitutive Act.

  • Power of legal representative.
